Melanie (Mel) Fellay is the CEO and co-founder of Spekit. She started the Just-In-Time Enablement Company in 2018, raising $60 million in funding for the startup. She was previously the Chief of Staff for RealtyShares.

Recognized as a dynamic speaker, innovator, and advocate for women in technology, Melanie’s thought leadership on enablement, culture, and the future of work has drawn a global audience.

She’s a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient and Entrepreneur’s Top 100 Women of Influence. Drawing on her deep expertise in enablement, Melanie knows that success in today’s rapidly shifting landscape isn’t about knowing everything; instead, it hinges on having the right information at the right time. Her mission is to make that possible for everyone.

Eight years ago, I put my life on pause, driven by a goal to fix a problem and the horrible consequences I’d felt firsthand. ​

I’m not your typical founder: I don’t write code, I don’t come from a family of entrepreneurs, and the odds were stacked against us (only 1% of venture funding goes to female founders). But I had this insatiable desire, this burning conviction, to fix the way reps master their roles and win. It was a fire I couldn't ignore.​

That fire led me on this incredible entrepreneurial journey creating Spekit and now, it has culminated in something I'm incredibly proud to share with you: My book, "Just-In-Time: The Future of Enablement in a World of AI,"​

This book isn't just about enablement; it's about the future of work. Everything we read about AI and the future isn’t far-off science fiction; it’s on the horizon or already happening. ​That's why I felt compelled to write this book now.  Sales teams need a fresh approach to enablement — one that embraces speed, agility, and continuous learning in the age of AI.

The truth is, the world’s changing quickly. The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is undeniable, and innovation is accelerating at an unprecedented rate.
